Christopher L. Downen, 23, Wayne City, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n Leslie J. Hooper, 27, of the 1900 block of South Ninth Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Kimberly R. Carlton, 25, of the 600 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of criminal trespass to land. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Shaylah R. Rector, 21, of the 900 block of Salem Road, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of criminal damage to property. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and ordered to seek medical/mental treatment.

n Trenton K. Haynes, 25, Bluford, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to charges of possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge to run concurrently on both charges.

n Ryan C. Duncan, 25, Dix, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Donald M. Ashby, 57, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of entering upon railroad property. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Tonika A. Dockerty, 35, Chicago, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jennifer M. Ivy, 41, of the 400 block of South 22nd Street, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Philese Jones, 23, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Richard E. Smith, 46, Centralia, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 to a charge of entering upon railroad property. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.
