INA — The second annual Ina Vendor and craft fair will be held at 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
The craft fair is a free event at the Ina Community Building located at 306 S. Elm St.
There will be several activities during the day including food to purchase, inflatable rides, a silent auction and gun raffle tickets for sale.
“People should come to our event because there is something for everyone
at our event, shopping for the ladies, inflatables for kids, gun raffle tickets for the guys and food for everyone,” said Lindsey Conner, the administrative assistant for the Village of Ina.
The fair will feature over 20 different vendors including Crafty Coasters & More, Tastefully Simple, Stampin Up, Purse Girls, Rada Cutlery, Thirty-One, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Tolle Lane Lovelies, Sweet Taters Folk Art, Origami Owl, Nannies Creations, Body Align, The Olde Depot, Norwex, Pink Zebra, Becca’s This N’ That, Paparazzi Jewelry, Grandma’s Little Punkin, Scentsy, Oak Branch Farms, Aunt Lindsey’s Bowtique, Rhonda’s Paper Crafts, Pokorney’s Pork Rinds and Kettle Korn, Ina Fall Festival and Buck’s Blacksmith.
All proceeds will benefit the Ina Fall Festival.
“We will have a silent auction and all vendor booth fees will help pay for the events for the Ina Fall Festival,” Conner said. “Barnum Entertainments and Amusements of Mt. Vernon will also be donating a portion of the money they make during the Vendor and Craft Fair.”
Conner added, “The money made from the Vendor and Craft Fair will help the Fall Festival be able to bring back free inflatable rides and free concerts like we have had in the past.”
The craft fair still has openings for booth rentals outside the community building. The fee for vendors for a 10x10 space is $15.
This year the Ina Fall Festival is set to add a few more events than it had last year.
“We are planning a 5K Run/Walk on Sept. 13 and a Little Miss and Mr. Ina Fall Festival Pageant on Sept. 20,” Conner said. “The Ina Fall Festival committee will have an information and registration booth at the event on Saturday.”
