MT. VERNON — — Jefferson Fire Protection District, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Litton Ambulance responded to a one-vehicle roll-over int he 10100 block of North Spring Garden Lane on Tuesday evening. According to JFPD Capt. Robert Beal, the accident was called in to emergency personnel at 5:50 p.m. When firefighters arrived, the driver of the vehicle, Melissa Visser of E. Nolan Lane, had kicked out the back window and got out of the overturned vehicle. Visser was traveling south on Spring Garden Road when she lost control and overturned in a field alongside the roadway. She was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
