n Haley R. Stocke, 20, Enfield, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Records state on May 11 the defendant possessed less than 200 grams of a substance containing Alprazolam, a controlled substance.

n Trinity R. Albritton, 20, of the 300 block of Harrison Street, was formally charged June 6 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. Records state the defendant, a minor, possession an alcoholic beverage on May 6.

n Charles E. Riley, 25, Marion, was formally charged June 6 with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Records state on April 30 the defendant possessed not more than 2.5 grams of cannabis and a pipe with the intent to inhale cannabis.

n Vencint P. Rush, 27, Alton, was formally charged June 6 with criminal damage to state supported property. Records state on April 29 the defendant entered housing authority property after being banned from the property.

n Deborah L. Nardone, 52, of the 1100 block of South 23rd Street, was formally charged June 6 with possession of a hypodermic syringe/needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Records state on May 3 the defendant possessed a one-hitter box with the intent to ingest a controlled substance.

n Victor J. Brooks, 21, of the 1000 block of South 13th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with obstructing a police officer. Record state on Sunday the defendant pulled away and struck with his left elbow an officer in the right shoulder.

n Tavon Golliday, 22, of the 900 block of South 23rd Street, was formally charged Thursday with theft. Records state on April 16 the defendant took less than $500 of fuel from Casey’s on Salem Road.

n Wayne A. Spotanski, 55, Scheller, was formally charged Thursday with battery. Records state on May 13 the defendant punched a man in the face with his fist.

Dispositions

Jessie A. Johnson, 19, of the 1300 block of Casey Avenue, pleaded guilty May 31 to a charge of consumption of liquor by a minor. He was placed on 18 months’ conditional discharge.
