n Christopher J. Baldridge, 31, Dix, was formally charged Wednesday with aggravated DUI. Charges allege the defendant operated a motor vehicle knowing that he had three previous violations for driving under the influence.

n Justin B. Larcom, 24, of the 700 block of White Street, was formally charged June 20 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges allege the defendant yells at a male subject and he possessed a silver and brass pipe with the intent to inhale a drug substance.

n Bryan S. Presley, 19, of the 4300 block of Lilac Lane, was formally charged June 21 with criminal damage to property. Charges allege the defendant damaged a window and two house siding panels in the 200 block of South Second Street.

n Carissa L. Johnson, 20, of the 800 block of Dewey Avenue, was formally charged June 21 with criminal damage to property. Charges allege the defendant damaged a window and two house siding panels in the 200 block of South Second Street.

n Kaveel D. McClain, 21, of the 300 block of South 15th Street, was formally charged June 24 with criminal trespass to a residence. Charges allege on March 29 the defendant was on property in the 1300 block of Casey Avenue without permission.

n Tony L. Feggins, 20, of the 100 block of East Opdyke Avenue, was formally charged June 24 with criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to state land. Charges allege the defendant damaged a door in the 500 block of Short Street and entered housing property after being banned.

n Carlos R. Lewis, 32, of the 1700 block of Logan Street, was formally charged June 25 with domestic battery. Charges allege the defendant struck a female family member on the hip with a belt.

n Zackery L. Brumley, 25, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, was formally charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Charges allege the defendant yelled and cursed at a female in a manner to provoke a breach of peace.

n Rebecca J. Harper, 44, of the 1000 block of South 23rd Street, was formally charged Wednesday with domestic battery. Charges allege the defendant struck a male family member in the face.

n Raven K. Bowdler, 45, of the 18000 block of East Liberty Road, was formally charged Thursday with violation of an owner’s duties and cruel treatment to animals. Charges allege the defendant failed to provide veterinarian care when needed to prevent the suffering of a white pit bull, and she knowingly starved the dog.

Dispositions

Steven A. Donoho, 22, Walnut Hill, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision.

n Anthony B. Linn, 30, Woodlawn, pleaded guilty June 24 to a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision.

n Henry L. Tabor, 19, Marissa, pleaded guilty June 24 to a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision.

n Colten R. Walker, 20, of the 18000 block of E. Hawk, pleaded guilty June 24 to a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision.

n Zachary M. Ward, 17, Bluford, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of DUI. He was sentenced to 18 months’ court supervision.

n Jerod M. Buchanan, 32, of the 2900 block of South 13th Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Devin D. Gilker, 27, of the 1600 block of South 12th Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge.

n Tavon J. Golliday, 22, of the 900 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of theft less than $500. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge.

n Mellody M. Hatcher, 33, Cisne, pleaded guilty May 25 to a charge of retail theft under $300. She was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Raymond T. Morrow, 56, of the 2800 block of Mannen Street, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Douglas N. Wyatt, 37, Urbana, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of public indecency. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge.
