n Linda M. Bigley, 40, Ina, was formally charged Aug. 16 with unlawful participating in in meth production, aggravated unlawful participation in meth production and unlawful possession of meth-making materials. The charges alleged are the same as the charges filed against Cooper. The third count alleges the defendant procured instant cold packs and drain opener crystals, being meth manufacturing materials with the intent to manufacture meth.

n Robert L. Thomas, 38, of the 200 block of Castleton, was formally charged Aug. 16 with unlawful trespassing on railroad property. Records state on July 10 the defendant allegedly walked on railroad tracks at Railroad Street in Bonnie.

n Jennifer N. Craig, 35, of the 1400 block of South 12th Street, was formally charged Aug. 15 with retail theft. Records state on July 12 the defendant took batteries from Kroger without paying.

n Chelsea D. Hilliard, 21, of the 4100 block of Willow Springs, was formally charged Aug. 15 with retail theft. Records state on July 15 the defendant allegedly took numerous items from Walmart without paying.

n Maleah N. Mick, 23, of the 1900 block of South Eighth Street, was formally charged Aug. 15 with criminal damage to property. Records state on June 13 the defendant allegedly damaged a door, television and night stand of a man’s residence.

Dispositions:

Samuel D. Campise, 43, of the 4200 block of Valley Forge, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Sarah E. Morgan, 21, of the 1500 block of Centralia Road, pleaded guilty Aug. 15 to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Marty L. Brumley, 42, of the 1100 block of Oakland Avenue, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge.

n Richard Flores Sr., 62, of the 700 block of South 17th Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of battery. He was sentenced to 18 months’ conditional discharge.
