Smalley, 47, of the 600 block of White Avenue, was formally charged Sept. 4 with burglary. Records state on Sept. 3 the defendant entered a woman's vehicle with the intent to commit a theft.n Robert K. Brown, 41, of the 200 block of Cottonwood, was formally charged Sept. 4 with three counts of aggravated battery. Records state on Aug. 2 the defendant slapped a subject in the face in the lunch room at Oak Grove Village, he pushed the victim in the face, and grabbed and pulled the subject by his hair.n Alvin K. Dent, 18, Bollingbrook, was formally charged Sept. 5 with unlawful possession of cannabis. Records state on Aug. 31 the defendant had more than 30, but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.n Spencer K. He also falsely represented to the store he was the owner of three DVD's and conveyed the property to the store, the actual owners, in exchange for $91.67.n Aimee M. Bockhol, 21, of the 1700 block of Cherry Street, was formally charged Monday with burglary and theft. Records state on Aug. 6 the defendant entered Walmart with the intent to commit a theft. She also misrepresented to the store she was the owner of three DVD's and conveyed the property to the store, the actual owners of the property, in exchange for $48.47.n Lindsey A. Loyd, 23, of the 16000 block of Illinois 37, was formally charged Monday with theft. Records state on Sept. 6 the defendant entered Walmart with the intent to commit a theft. She also falsely represented to be the owner of a mini DVD, which was actually owned by the store, and conveyed the property to the store in exchange for $32.37.n Hallie A. Moore, 19, of the 16000 block of North Illinois 37, was formally charged Monday with burglary. Records state on Sept. 6 the defendant entered Walmart with the intent to commit a theft.n Blake T. Horton, 30, Waltonville, was formally charged Thursday with domestic battery. Records state on Monday the defendant allegedly struck his girlfriend in the face with a prior conviction for battery.Dispositions:Marc A. Baker, 33, of the 1700 block of South 12th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft. He was sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge.n Kelvon D. Bradley, 20, of the 500 block of South 24th Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge and credited for 15 days served.n Earl Liddell, 56, of the 1000 block of Prairie, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of theft. He was sentenced to one year to the Illinois Department of Corrections.n Melanie L. Mifflin, 49, of the 19000 block of North Harmony Lane, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of resisting arrest. She was sentenced to two years of probation.n Alisha E. Noble, 20, Bluford, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of residential burglary. She was sentenced to five years of probation with special conditions.n Cortney R. Pepple, 31, Bravard Place, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of theft. She was sentenced to 30 months of probation.n Justin E. Starr, 22, of the 2400 block of Lamar Avenue, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to charges of aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and 60 days in jail.n Frank J. Szarek, 25, Waltonville, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges of possession of a controlled substance and burglary. He was sentenced to three years to DOC on the drug charge and two years of probation on the burglary charge.n Zachary L. Youngblood, 19, of the 600 block of Salem Road, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of aggravated battery of a peace officer, two counts of burglary and criminal damage to government property. He was sentenced to 48 months of probation on the battery and burglary charges and 30 months of probation on the property damage charge. He was also ordered to make restitution.n Blake I. Anderson, 27, Woodlawn, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to a charge of knowingly damaging property. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision and to make restitution.n Cliff R. Buehler, 34, Steeleville, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to charges of criminal trespass to a building and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.n James L. Doggan, 52, of the 500 block of Herbert Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to a charge of battery. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.n Cortis L. Foulks, 24, of the 600 block of South 18th Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to a charge of possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.n Ronald A. Henderson, 61, of the 100 block of Cherry Drive, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.n Kimberly D. Reeves, 36, of the 1000 block of North 14th Street, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.n Clarence D. Thorpe, 22, of the 400 block of Castleton Avenue, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to charges of retail theft and possession of cannabis between 2.5 and 10 grams. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.n Michael W. Upton, 32, of the 18000 block of East Fairfield Road, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.n Tristan J. White, 20, of the 800 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to a charge of aggravated assault. The defendant was sentenced to one year of court supervision.n Randy L. Talbert, 30, of the 8700 block of North Goshen Lane, pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge and ordered to perform 240 hours of public service.
