n Kylee B. Denton, 21, of Illinois Highway 15, was formally charged Nov. 7 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The defendant, under the age of 21 at the time, is accused of consuming alcohol.

n Mitchell L. Jarrell, 19, of the 1000 block of South 21st Street, was formally charged Nov. 7 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The defendant, under the age of 21, is accused of consuming alcohol.

n Brandy K. Suedmeyer, 18, Nashville, was formally charged Nov. 7 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The defendant, under the age of 21, is accused of consuming alcohol.

n David C. Whiting, 18, Dahlgren, was formally charged Nov. 7 with unlawful consumption of alcohol. The defendant, under the age of 21, is accused of consuming alcohol.

n Chaquaris M. Sanders, 20, of the 500 block of Broadway, was formally charged Nov. 7 with retail theft. The defendant is accused of taking merchandise from Claire’s in the 4100 block of Broadway on Oct. 14.

n Robert A. Tate, 30, of the 7700 block of Matisse Lane, was formally charged Nov. 7 with possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. The defendant is accused of using the needle/syringe for the use of injection.

n Michael D. McCluskey, 18, of the 1000 block of South 13th Street, was formally charged Nov. 7 with assault. Charges state on Oct. 4 the defendant pointed a knife at a man to put him at risk to receive a battery.

n Kriston R.L. Ruiz, 19, of the 600 block of Harrison Street, was formally charged Nov. 8 with two counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. The charges allege on Nov. 6 the defendant destroyed the interior of a home in the 600 block of Harrison Street, damaged dishes at the same location and yelled at a home and threw things about the home in a manner to alarm and disturb the victim.

n Benjamin X. Stuckey, 24, of the 1500 block of South 14th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful failure to report as a sex offender.

n Deras P. Moore, 28, of the 800 block of South 22nd Street, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and unlawful possession of a defaced firearm. The charges allege on Nov. 6 the defendant possessed a firearm after a felony conviction; and he possessed a .40 caliber pistol, upon which the manufacturer’s serial number had been obliterated or removed. The defendant was also charged with possession of a firearm with a legal firearm’s identification card.

n Sean Q. Williams, 46, of the 500 block of South 21st Street, was formally charged Tuesday with aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The charge alleges on or about Nov. 9 the defendant committed an act of sexual penetration with a female, who was at least 13 years of age, but under 17.

n Damondre S. James, 19, of the 1600 block of South 12th Street, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis. The charge alleges on Nov. 9 the defendant possessed more than 10 grams, but not more than 30 grams of cannabis.

n Jonathan P. Hampton, 34, Ashley, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. “The charge alleges the defendant had in his possession on Nov. 8 less than 15 grams of cannabis.

n Daniel Cortes-Reyes, 35, of the 3400 block of Veterans Memorial Drive, was formally charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of meth with the intent to deliver. The charge alleges the defendant on Nov. 10 possessed more than 100 grams, but less than 400 grams of a substance containing meth.

n Savannah R. Penland, 19, Woodlawn, was formally charged Tuesday with two counts of theft. The charges allege the defendant on Nov. 2 obtained control over various bottles of liquor and cigarettes from Sensation Station, having a total value of over $500.

n Marcus L. Williams, 34, of the 900 block of Cleveland Street, was formally charged Thursday with mob action. The charge alleges on Nov. 10 the defendant, acting with another, repeatedly struck a man about the head inflicting injury.

Dispositions

David A. Ward, 52, Bluford, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to selling/buying tobacco products from a minor. He was sentenced to six months of court supervision.

n Laterious B. Rogers, 22, Carbondale, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to a charge of battery. He was sentenced to three months of court supervision.

n David L. Ennis, 66, Alton, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Matthew A. Reed, 47, Dix, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to a charge of firearm without a valid FOID card. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Anthony L. Synder, 20, Opdyke, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Lydia M. Mlot, 33, of the 2400 block of Casey Avenue, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of criminal trespass to state land. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Jesse L. Stumbaugh, 24, of the 1000 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to a charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Robert L. Penrod, 36, of the 1100 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to a charge of theft less than $500. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Damondrae S. James, 19, of the 1600 block of South 12th Street, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to a charge of unlawful use of a blackjack/knife. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.
