MT. VERNON —Cedarhurst Center for the Arts hosts the seventh annual Holiday Luncheon.
The Holiday Luncheon will be held in the Mitchell Home from noon to 1 p.m Dec. 3 through Dec. 6.
“Guests at the luncheons enjoy the nostalgic and holiday ambiance of the Mitchell Home,” said Cedarhurst Historian and Luncheon Coordinator Sarah Lou Bicknell.
The lunch is by reservation only and must be submitted by Nov. 29, space is limited. The price for the lunch is $18 per person for a Cedarhurst member and $20 for non-members.
“This is the seventh year for the Holiday Luncheons at the Mitchell and each
year the reservation fill up; we even had a reservation request before the menus were set,” Bicknell said.
Each day will feature a different meal. Dec. 3, the meal will include Italian gruyere torta, California salad, a croissant and dessert; Dec. 4, will feature home-style meatloaf, creamy parmesan mashed potatoes, green beans, a roll and dessert; Dec. 5, the menu will be chicken gouda tetrazzini, spinach salad, a roll and dessert; and Dec. 6 will feature ham, sweet potato casserole, cranberry gorgonzola green salad and dessert.
There is a vegetarian substitute meal available for any of the days, upon request that must be made at the time of reservation.
