MT. VERNON — The third person involved in a Mt. Vernon bank robbery more than a year ago has been sentenced.
Jessica Wilson, 31, of Waltonville, received a four-year prison sentence on Tuesday in Jefferson Circuit Court.
Wilson will also serve two years of parole and make restitution.
Wilson pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of financial institution robbery.
Wilson, her husband Jeffrey M. Wilson, and Amy Ramsey, also of Waltonville, were all accused of robbing the Jefferson County Schools Credit Union in December 2012.
Jeffrey Wilson previously received a 12-year prison sentence; and Ramsey was sentenced to eight years to DOC. Ramsey is the sister of Jessica Wilson.
Authorities reported Ramsey was the one to enter the financial institution, Jeffrey Wilson was the lookout and Jessica Wilson drove the getaway truck.
It was reported in open court recently that $2,850 was taken in the heist.
