Charges Filed:

Tiffany M. Kash, 27, Carlyle, was formally charged Sept. 12 with four counts of forgery and unauthorized possession of prescription forms. The forgery charges allege the defendant wrote altered prescriptions on a prescription pad of Dr. Tricia Warner and delivered the Vicodin scripts to Byrd-Watson on July 9 and Oct. 2 in 2012, and on Jan. 14 and Aug. 5 of this year.

n Dylan Street, 23, Ozark, was formally charged Sept. 12 with theft. The charges allege on Aug. 26 and Sept. 3 he took a generator and weed trimmer from a man, having a value of more than $500, but less than $10,000.

n Robbie E. Hayes, 38, of the 1600 block of Pace Avenue, was formally charged Sept. 12 with unlawful purchase of meth precursor without a script. The charge alleges Hayes purchased pseudoephedrine on June 29 without a prescription.

n Jason M. Chesney, 42, of the 15000 block of East Nolan Road, was formally charged Sept. 13 with reckless discharge of a firearm and domestic battery. The charges allege the defendant discharged a firearm on Sept. 11 endangering the safety of a woman; and he grabbed the woman’s arms.

n Leanna S. Latham, 31, Bluford, was formally charged Sept. 13 with domestic battery. The charge alleges the defendant with her fist struck a man in the chest.

n Alexsis J. Garcia, 37, of the 1600 block of Isabella, was formally charged Monday with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver. The charge alleges on Monday the defendant had more than 1 gram, but not more than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin. Garcia was also charged with retail theft for taking cigarettes from the Casey’s on Salem Road without paying for the merchandise.

n Amber D. Garcia, 28, of the 1600 block of Isabella, was formally charged Monday with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver. The charge alleges the defendant had more than 1 gram, but not more than 15 grams of heroin in her possession.

n Monica K. Gregory, 41, Irvington, was formally charged Wednesday with retail theft with a prior conviction. The charge alleges on Sept. 17 the defendant took a number of items from Kmart with a retail value of less than $300.

n Kyle E. Shelton, 40, of the 18000 block of East Liberty Road, was formally charged Wednesday with two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm. The charges allege on Sept. 13 the defendant discharged a firearm at a man and woman and he endangered the safety of the victims in that he fired shots toward the victims.

n Tyson A. Carlos, 25, of the 300 block of North Fourth Street, was formally charged Thursday with two counts of domestic battery with a prior conviction for battery. The charges allege on Aug. 17 the defendant hit a female family member in the face and he grabbed the victim around the throat.

n Lawanda C. Feggins, 34, of the 900 block of Wescott, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of cannabis. The charge alleges on Aug. 13 the defendant had not more than 2.5 grams of cannabis in her possession.

n Timothy D. Hodges, 25, of the 700 block of South 10th Street, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of cannabis. The charge alleges on Aug. 17 the defendant had not more than 2.5 grams of cannabis in his possession.

n Melodie L. Johnson, 35, of the 400 block of Jordan Street, was formally charged Thursday with resisting a peace officer. The charge alleges the defendant on Aug. 15 refused to leave the scene of a fight after being instructed to do so by an officer.

n William A. Rainey, 47, Bonnie, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge states on Aug. 16 the defendant possessed a metal pipe with the intent to inhale cannabis.

Dispositions:

Amber N. Cooper, 24, of the 400 block of Harrison Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to six months of court supervision.

n Cameal J. Derixson, 31, of the 500 block of Broadway, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to a charge of criminal trespass to state land. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Michelle A. Henrichs, 42, LeRoy, Kan., pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Jessie W. Howard, 48, Ina, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of disorderly conduct. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Codey Ince, 20, of the 4400 block of Woodglen Lane, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of resisting a peace officer and battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Khembra R. Johnson, 41, St. Louis, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n John W. Lauramore, 59, Wayne City, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Vera L. Moore, 35, Herrin, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of obstructing identification. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Billy J. Patterson, 35, of the 7800 block of Matisse Lane, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Vernitra S. Rollins, 29, of the 600 block of Conger Avenue, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Kristopher D. Russell, 33, of the 400 block of Harrison Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Carvus E. Turney, 32, Buford, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Shelly M. Young, 27, Opdyke, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of battery. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Corrinna D. Blanchard, 23, Watson, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of retail theft under $300. She was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Bernard Brown, 47, of the 800 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of cannabis between 10 and 30 grams. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Alan D. Fleming, 28, of the 1100 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Roy L. Gladney, 46, of the 900 block of Wescott, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

n Dwight Pickett, 35, of the 2300 block of Perkins Avenue, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of theft less than $500. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation, 180 days in jail, and ordered to make restitution.

n Trazell L. Sanders, 21, of the 400 block of South 17th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of burglary. He was sentenced to four years of probation.

n Penny J. Staley, 47, of the 800 block of South 24th Street, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.

n Mark B. Suiter Sr., 58, Bluford, pleaded guilty Thursday to an amended charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Jennifer D. Summerville, 44, of the 700 block of South 19th Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to two years of probation.
