n Timothy D. Hodges, 25, of the 700 block of South 10th Street, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of cannabis. The charge alleges on Aug. 17 the defendant had not more than 2.5 grams of cannabis in his possession.

n Melodie L. Johnson, 35, of the 400 block of Jordan Street, was formally charged Thursday with resisting a peace officer. The charge alleges the defendant on Aug. 15 refused to leave the scene of a fight after being instructed to do so by an officer.

n William A. Rainey, 47, Bonnie, was formally charged Thursday with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge states on Aug. 16 the defendant possessed a metal pipe with the intent to inhale cannabis.

Dispositions:

Amber N. Cooper, 24, of the 400 block of Harrison Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to six months of court supervision.

n Cameal J. Derixson, 31, of the 500 block of Broadway, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to a charge of criminal trespass to state land. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Michelle A. Henrichs, 42, LeRoy, Kan., pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n Jessie W. Howard, 48, Ina, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of disorderly conduct. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Codey Ince, 20, of the 4400 block of Woodglen Lane, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of resisting a peace officer and battery. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Khembra R. Johnson, 41, St. Louis, pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of court supervision.

n John W. Lauramore, 59, Wayne City, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision.

n Vera L. Moore, 35, Herrin, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of obstructing identification. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.
