n Billy J. Patterson, 35, of the 7800 block of Matisse Lane, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Vernitra S. Rollins, 29, of the 600 block of Conger Avenue, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of retail theft. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Kristopher D. Russell, 33, of the 400 block of Harrison Street, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Carvus E. Turney, 32, Buford, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Shelly M. Young, 27, Opdyke, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to a charge of battery. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge.

n Corrinna D. Blanchard, 23, Watson, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of retail theft under $300. She was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge.

n Bernard Brown, 47, of the 800 block of South 21st Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of cannabis between 10 and 30 grams. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Alan D. Fleming, 28, of the 1100 block of South 23rd Street, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of manufacture/delivery of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis. He was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

n Roy L. Gladney, 46, of the 900 block of Wescott, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to one year to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

n Dwight Pickett, 35, of the 2300 block of Perkins Avenue, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of theft less than $500. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation, 180 days in jail, and ordered to make restitution.

n Trazell L. Sanders, 21, of the 400 block of South 17th Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of burglary. He was sentenced to four years of probation.
