MT. VERNON — — Mt. Vernon Township High School officials say their district's state test results in the recently released School Report Card should be higher than what's reported.
At issue is how the state determined what student test scores were included in the overall MVTHS percentages for the 2012-2013 Prairie State Achievement Examination.
If MVTHS is correct in its calculations, the district's scores should be 3 to 4 percentage points higher than what's in the Report Card, depending on the category.
