Lois Leona Norris
Lois Leona Norris, 77, of Cape Girardeau., Mo., died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan.. 22, 1931, in St. Louis, daughter of Alfred and Pauline Bruner, moving to Wayne City in December of 1983 where she lived for over 20 years. She attended Olive Branch Baptist Church while living in Wayne City.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce and husband Chuck McClure of Florissant, Mo., and Karen and husband Rusty Robinson of Mound City; five grandchildren, Jenny and husband Keith Laneman of St. Johns, Mo., Sarah and husband James Schramm of Wentzville, Mo., Drew McClure of Florissant, Mo., Tiffany and husband Brandon Beasley of Jackson, Mo., and Michael McElreath of Jackson, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Luke Laneman and Morgan Schramm; five step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Imogen Parson of Toledo, Ohio, and Morma Modglin of Novato, Calif.; and one brother, Robert Bruner of O’Fallon, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.
Arrangements are being made by Richardson’s Funeral Home in Wayne City.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Olive Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Leland Ganieny officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery.
