---- — Mildred L. (Robison) Ziegler, 96, died at her home at 9:04 p.m. Dec. 24, 2013.
She was born June 18, 1917, in Alto Pass, the daughter of Richard T. Chapman and Ethel Poulson Chapman.
She was a retired high school teacher. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, John (Leslie) Robison, Jr. of Fairfield; daughter, Judy Tanner of Elk Grove, Calif.; stepdaughters, Amy Bettencourt of Bowling Green, Ky., Lee Snyder of Wildwood, Mo. and Mary Lloyd Napoli of Lake Mary, Fla.; five grandchildren, Melissa (Erich) Pfafflin, Evansville, Ind., John Robison, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Anne (Matt) Hoover, St. Peter, Jennifer (Chris) Tanner- Freemott, Naperville and Elizabeth (Claudio) Tanner- Mena, Sacramento, Calif.; five great-grandchildren; and special friends and caregivers, Maureen Brockett, Fran Ewing, Diane Ward, Carolyn Dye, Tami Fry and Pat Randolph.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John C. Robison, Sr.; second husband, Harry L. Ziegler; sister, Mary Ruth Ferrill; and brother, Richard T. Chapman, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Johnson and Vaughan Funeral Home with burial at Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. to the time of service.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, the Dr. Dennis Scranton Memorial Fund or the Good Samaritan Hospice or a church or charity of the donor’s church.
