---- — Rosemary Palmer, 57, of Bluford, died 11:47 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2014, at her daughter’s home in Waltonville.
She was born Sunday, May 6, 1956, in Mt. Vernon, the daughter of Earl and Claudina (Oliver) Hughes. She was married to Ron Clark.
Rosemary was a bartender at various bars in the Mt. Vernon area.
She is survived by special friend, Bob Falley of Bluford; daughter, Reba Palmer Worthen and husband Jim of Waltonville; sons, Ronnie Clark and wife Patricia of Boyd and John Palmer of Woodlawn; brother, Kenny Oliver of Las Vegas, N.M.; sister, Linda Stout of Mt. Vernon; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ron Clark.
In honor of her wishes, she was cremated and a gathering of friends and family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
