Ronald Ray Mullins, 72, of Centralia and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Mt. Vernon Health Care Center.
He was born in Mt. Vernon on April 29, 1941, the son of William H. and Doris (Dulaney) Padgett.
He was a member of Civil Defense and a member of the Moose Lodge 1219 of Centralia.
Mr. Mullins is survived by two sons, Kenneth R. Mullins of Centralia and Kevin Mullins of Sandoval; two daughters, Artina Mullins Fogerson and significant other Jason Miller of Centralia and Melinda Isaacs and husband Timothy of Mill Shoals; 12 grandchildren, Annah Mullins, Jerrod Fogerson, Hannah Fogerson, Sarah Miller, Tawny Mullins, TJ Isaacs, J’ne Isaacs, Saydee Chappell, Ryker Isaacs, Shiloh Walden, Aaron Mullins and Danny Mullins; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Billy Lee Padgett.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Kyle Emery officiating.
