Dodds earns 11-0 victory

The Dodds Wildcats threw another shut out in an 11-0 victory over Waltonville in a five inning affair Monday afternoon in grade school baseball action.
The Wildcats limited Waltonville to one hit, as Joel Duncan threw four innings and struck out three for Dodds.
Clayton Reeves closed out the game by throwing the fifth.
Duncan led the way for the Wildcats with three singles and three runs batted in. Chase McGill came through with two doubles and three singles. Clayton Reeves added singles for the Wildcats.
Jake Pike contributed a double and a walk. Morgan Clark added a single and a walk, while Trevor Flota and Dylan Reeves each walked and had an RBI.
Dodds turned three double plays in the game and played error-free baseball.
Jordan Hale earned the only base hit off of Duncan for Waltonville.
Dodds improves to 5-1 on the season and will play Field today at Dodds beginning at 4 p.m.
