MT. VERNON — — Toys for Kids of Jefferson County held its first fundraiser on Wednesday, a spaghetti dinner hosted by Ninth St. Grill. Members Rochelle Bond and Jill Holloway served spaghetti and meatballs to Bill Eastham. A second fundraiser will be held Nov. 3 at West Salem Trinity United Methodist Church with auction baskets and live music. Bond said registration dates for the Christmas gift program have not been set yet.
